NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
II. Sweepstakes Period
The “Hyro Birthday Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on April 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.
III. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hyro US Inc Ltd, located at 1111B South Governors Avenue, Dover, Delaware 19904, United States (“Sponsor”).
IV. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Hyro and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
V. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry:
- Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, purchase one or more pouches of Hyro electrolytes on an active Hyro AutoShip subscription at drinkhyro.co. Each pouch purchased on AutoShip during the Promotion Period equals one (1) entry. For example, purchasing 4 pouches on AutoShip = 4 entries. Entry is automatic upon purchase.
- Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, send an email to hq@drinkhyro.co with the subject line “Hyro Birthday Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth. Each email received during the Promotion Period equals one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per month.
All free entries will receive the same chance of winning as purchase entries. Entrants must be on an active Hyro AutoShip subscription or have submitted a valid free entry at the time of the prize draw to be eligible.
Bulk entries, entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries submitted by third parties on behalf of entrants will be disqualified.
VI. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive $1,000 cash, delivered via direct bank deposit or digital transfer to the winner’s nominated U.S. bank account (approximate retail value: $1,000). OR the option to redeem Hyro store credit to the value of $2,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services. No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
VII. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected via a random number generator during a live draw broadcast on Hyro’s Instagram channel (@drinkhyro) on May 4, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by employees or agents of Hyro.
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within thirty (30) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner’s first name initial, last name, and state will be published on drinkhyro.co within 14 days of the draw and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.
VIII. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) if required by law.
IX. General Conditions
By entering, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption.
X. Release & Limitations of Liability
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Hyro US Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (d) entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property.
XI. Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in Dover, Delaware and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
XII. Privacy
Information submitted by participants is subject to Hyro’s Privacy Policy available at drinkhyro.co/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.
California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. XIII. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send an email to hq@drinkhyro.co with the subject line “Hyro Birthday Giveaway Winner List Request.” Requests must be received within 30 days after the drawing date.
XIV. Sponsor’s Right to Modify
Hyro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
